Partner/Grant Services & Outreach
Jacqueline Rearick began her work in grants with The RLI Group specializing in the design, implementation and development of grant evaluations to monitor and meet Department of Education reporting requirements. As a Grant Evaluator Jacqueline has experience collecting and analyzing data, and providing reports to determine the impact of project performance. The RLI Group client list includes over a dozen school districts in central Pennsylvania.
During this time Jacqueline also served as a Grants Specialist with Virginia Western Community College (VWCC), where she helped to secure almost $3 million in funding including grants from the National Science Foundation, the Department of Education, the Department of Labor, Google Foundation and the American Library Association. While at VWCC she also assisted with regulatory grant compliance by regularly monitoring numerous grant programs to ensure alignment with federal, state, and private grant or contract regulations.
Now, Jacqueline is focused on grant writing, management and evaluation as a managing Partner with The RLI Group. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University and a Master of Science in Leisure Studies from the Pennsylvania State University. With the support of VWCC, she created the Roanoke Grants Professionals group where she is actively involved to support local non-profits by providing quarterly seminars on relevant grant writing and proposal development issues, free of charge to the community.
